Our Christmas stay at this chalet was a pleasant experience. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the warm and cozy atmosphere of the chalet, making us feel right at home during the holiday season. Moreover, the staff members were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
There were a few aspects that could have been improved. The facilities in the chalet seemed a bit tired, especially the shower, which was a little disappointing.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. the location of the hotel was convenient, situated just off the main routes but still providing a peaceful and quiet stay. the accommodation was comfortable enough for the duration of my Easter visit.
The room did not match the pictures advertised on the website. the bathroom was in poor condition, with someone else's products left in the shower and low water pressure making it difficult to use.

It had all the amenities we needed like a fridge and TV. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. The best part was definitely the food at the attached pub. It was homemade and delicious, especially the Polish dishes. The location was great as well, with a short walk to the town center.
That the chalet was a bit noisy at night if it was a busy evening at the pub. But overall, it didn't affect our sleep.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the continental breakfast was a real feast. The location was convenient, with ample parking spaces available. We also appreciated the various outside areas where we could relax and enjoy a drink.
The room we stayed in was not up to par. It was quite small, especially the bathroom which was cramped and only contained a shower and toilet.

We stayed overnight for a nearby wedding with our 4-week old baby. The chalet was basic but warm, clean, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The pub next door was welcoming and the staff were brilliant - friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was the best we had ever had. The parking was safe and easy, with a reserved space for room occupants. We had a quiet and peaceful night's sleep in a comfortable bed.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

the converted pub outbuilding was small and basic, but clean, newly decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. the hosts were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the highlight of our experience was the food. the menu offered a unique blend of Polish and English cuisine, and we were blown away by the homemade dishes. the Polish pierogi dumplings and the fish pie made with salmon and prawns were absolutely delicious. the location was convenient for exploring the area and there was ample parking available.
Absolutely nothing! 💯.

The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions. The food options were great and we enjoyed trying the local cuisine. the pet-friendly policy was a major advantage for us as we always travel with our furry companion.
There were corners that were very dusty and dirty, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the space. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, feeling like lying on a brick.
